Cindy wasn't too keen on my Hall'oween Halibut: "could have had a little more flavor." I knew I could placate her with some beef and taters. Here they are oiled dusted with Szeged steak rub, coming up to temp and a tip of the hat to Bill



on Round Red with a lonely ear of corn. I was originally thinkin' indirect/sear



fortunately, I came to my senses in time





inside and resting (obligatory blurry meat/clear beer bottle shot) ;)



and dished up





I made a compound butter, he-he, just forgot to put it on the steak. Steak nectar on the taters. Thanks for stopping by and have a great Sunday! Go ____________ 's (insert your team name here!)
 
You did good my friend, that looks fantastic. The combo on that plate made me smile. Love that Full Sail Brewery, have not had their Winter Ale. What did you think of it ?
