Not your normal grilled dinner!

Howdy folks..been in the mood for the grill this past week, must be the additional light after work or the feeling spring is close..whatever it is I've been putting some time on the performer! Tonight grilled spaghetti! I've done this a few times..good results..started with some sweet Italian sausage with a bit of hickory!

Pretty much all the players!

After a head start on the sausage I added some pepper, onion and garlic to a CI pan!

Ground turkey seasoned with lots of garlic and Italian seasoning..browned up

Sausage looks done!

Added some sauce and let it simmer for a bit!

Sausage done!

While that was cooling a bit I poured a new beer!

My wife picked this beer out..I probably would not have
But it was real good..not sweet like I imagined!
Back to cooking..chunked up the sausage, in the pot with the rest and simmered on the grill for a spell!

Served up with one of my favorite vino's..good stuff!
