Great job Enrico, cooking with cast iron gives food a different flavor all together. If you want some other great cooks to do in your CI get the book Cook It In Cast Iron. It's a wonderful book, Rich and I have done some of the cooks and everything is wonderful. Again your going to love your CI for cooking.
