Anyways..lamb kabobs?

Ground lamb. Chili(rated medium heat),parsley,cumin,coriander,garlic,salt & pepper to taste.

= How much? Who cares! I'll pay for that, all day long!!

this looks like something I'd really enjoy. I've made tzatziki a few times (got an easy recipe out of a book).

Next time I find ground lamb.

Tzatzikin:
A washed cucumber grated. Put it in a Strainer and add some salt. Let it sit for a while.(1h)
Use quality yoghurt if uou cant find Firm greeke one put some naturall yoghurt in a papper coffe filter for 1h. It will firm up.
Now add some pressed garlic to the mix and add extra salt if needed.(cucumber salted)
Mix and let it rest in the frige for 2h.

nice video :) - I thought I'd just use store bought pitas but after seeing that vid I might be willing to give it a try.
