Thank you Jim for your kind remarks. I am proud of my 26 and I love every opportunity to cook on it. It is a performer in it's own way. :) Love that CI serving dish you put me on to as well.
 
Way to get after it with the 26R and the low temps and snow, that pork tenderloin looks perfect.

A roaring fire, a good bottle of wine/whiskey/beer/soda set the table, and say MMMMM thats good on every bite.
