New Years Eve Steak

Just a quick cook. Steaks seasoned with worcestershire sauce and montreal seasoning. Chopped mushrooms and some onions in the CI with some EVOO. Everything on the Performer



Did an Acorn Squash in the oven. Just before done, flipped them over and put some brown sugar and a pat of butter.


Plated with some grill garlic bread. Dash of California pepper. Enjoy
