On 9-30 it was my birthday and Maribel got me a kettle pizza and weber rotisserie.

Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

If you have a thread I need to look at post it up please. Very excited and can't wait to use them.

She saw some of the post I was making here and I guess she got the
hint. :)

After we went to dinner and had a great time.

Thanks for stopping by

Tony and Maribel

Happy B'Day Tony! Now you can expand your skill sets and make us even more jealous of your great cooks. As you know we all expect great things from you an Maribel and you never disappoint;)

Happy Birthday Tony! I have every confidence that you're gonna turn out some good food w/the new toys... And I'm not jealous at all... well maybe a little...

Nice haul, Tony! Your wife obviously knows you very well! Can't wait to see what char-grilled goodness you crank out with both of those.

You'll love the rotisserie!! Turns out some of the best chicken you'll ever make. (Got one spinning as I type this.) I also want to do a pork loin on it very soon.

HBD Tony! Now practice on the pizza's and the rotiss and invite us all out to celebrate with you. :-).

Happy birthday Tony, you will have so much fun with your latest kit, i got the same for my birthday this year to.

The best setup that works for me in the kettlepizza is putting the two coal baskets up at grill grate level, let preheat, then add wood, you really need the wood to get it up to temp ....600 - 700f.

The rotiserrie is a brilliant piece of kit, my first cook on it was two chickens on the spit with two beer cans underneath. roti ribs are good on it to, give such a different flavour than low n slow...its also good for one big skewer of yakitori using chicken thighs!

Have fun with them.,..looking forward to seeing the action shots.
