New Taste for Hamburglers

So picked up some 80/20 and some ground pork and combined them in a 2/3 to 1/3 ratio. Some diced up garlic, some scallions and a tbsp of Worcestershire.
Since I loved what Chef Morito Did for my Carne Asada decided to use it for the hamburglers.
It was a good call

The Chef Morito did just as an amazing job on the hamburglers as it did on the Asada, your plate enjoy!

Bill that table is too fancy for just burgers, but still it all looks guud. Keep up the great table settings.
 
Bill; the burgers look Delicious!! Very creative and I'm putting Chef Merito to work this week doing the same. Salad and fries are great too; nice pictures!
 
dang good looking burgers and meal. gonna try your pork/beef/onion/worch recipe. thanks for showing the work.
