New backyard accessory

This thing is beyond repair, imo, but had to Rescue it. The seller didn't want to give it away so he took $5 for it. This thing looks like it been thrown from a train, used as target practice, attacked by el chupacabra...abused.

I'll clean it up and use it to store by bbq tools I have laying all over the place, a side table for the other kettles, a beverage cooler, maybe a pony keg holder, whatever.

Yeah, she's seen better daze. I suggest a planter for herbs right next to the grill area. That way when you need some parsley, basil, cilantro, etc in a grilling session, you can add fresh.

That there is a fire pit. Cut the legs about half way and you got yourself a portable fire pit

I like Dwain's idea but a little concerned that those rusty leg joints won't take the weight of the wet potting mix, you wouldn't want it to fall on someone.

Another possible use of the CL grill is to use it to store "used" charcoal until the next cook. I have been doing that for some time without issue.

Just a thought...
