Nancy's Favorite

Rolf Jacobsen

R.I.P. 9/28/2024
I knew yesterday that Nancy would be having a bad day at work and I was right. Knowing her favorite meal, I thought I might cheer her up a little. Dwain Pannell did this recipe not too long ago and I’ve tried it a few times. It’s easy and different so give it a shot.

Sometime ago I bought a little 18” for a friend who decided not to take it. After a minimum amount of cleaning it up, it has spent the summer on the patio doing nothing. Today that changed.

Plated. Mayo sauce for the taters and the balsamic glaze for the chops, all per the recipe. Nancy was happy so Rolf was happy. As always..... thanks for looking.

Nicely done Rolf. That looks delicious. I will have to put that on the ever growing list of meals to try. The 18" looks brand new -- glad to see it put to such good use.

Wow Rolf I think I was at the wrong house tonight, should have driven half an hour and chilled with you and Nancy, beautiful cook my

Excellent cook Rolf, I agree with Jim not enough spears on the grill.... You got a sweet deal on the 18 too.

Nice way to treat the wife Rolf. Food looks spot on! And by the way, how is buddy doing? and what in the world is he watching for? Squirrels, birds or what? Nice post.
