Jacared some legs in a garlic herb marinade for 24 hrs. On the Vortex for 40 mins then skinned and boned.
Naan bread was from Sam's. Brushed with Evo and salt. Chicken, onions, garden tomatoes, sweet peppers and basil were added. Topped with Colby jac and creamy Italian dressing. Crust came out cracker crisp!

Those look spectacular. I've been doing oven pizzas with store bought pita of late - think I need to work the KP into that routine. What do you have under your stone? Looks like it's elevated.

I set the charcoal baskets about halfway under the edges of the stone.
I didn't check the temps but preheated the stone about 10 mins.
It was a quick cook ( about 5- 7 mins) as the Naan bread is already pre cooked.

Very creative, Tim! Was there a specific inspiration for the recipe or did you pull it together from bits and pieces that've gotten stuck in your head over the years?;)

More of a spur of the moment.:)
The Wife bought the Naan ( 10 pack) for kebobs and chicken salad wraps.
I gave my Son 4 and still had a few left so I figured why not try a flatbread pizza.
Coincidently I looked on the back of the package. They have a pizza recipe so I knew I wasn't far off base.
