My version of chicken Marsala!

Howdy folks...been slacking in the posting department so I decided to cook up some chicken tonight! Here was the set up!!! Chick's dusted with garlic and black pepper and dredged in some Italian bread crumbs, chicken stock and Marsala, onion, mushrooms and garlic chopped up and ready!

When out and started up the grill and enjoyed a cool beer on a brisk nite!

Started some breaded chicken and a bit of chopped up bacon ...

Then Ollie and I enjoyed a round of "where's the duck" it never gets old!

Chicken is close so tossed the cut up stuff in a pan of bacon grease!

From here things got crazy...noodles on the stove boiling over and trying to over cook the chicken...let the mushroom mixture simmer down, removed and added the liquid..thickened up with some corn starch and added everything back in..so went right to the plate with some parm noodles and a simple salad!

Thanks folks for looking...chicken was super good! Nice a moist and very flavorful!

Morgan...you have been hanging Xmas light that kept you from posting! I am guilt of the same! Great looking meal...send some of that snow to Wisconsin so I can the sled out on the trails.
 
Looks delicious Morgan! I'm going to have to try that one on my dad - Marsala is his fave.
 
Looks really good Morgan! I tried breaded chicken on the grill once, and I was really disappointed. I will have to try again--thanks for the inspiration!
