Started with white bread with polish, done in the Dutch oven by Ken Forskish. We’re going to do this again because we may have gone passed the peck leval of maturity for the polish

Bread is resting, but some 2 & 4 legged creators got into it first. (I wonder who!!).

Home-made smoked bacon in the 12” CIS on the gasser. While it was cooking the wind came up big time and was blowing dust and little white tree flowers into my pan, so into the house I go.

The lineup for my sandwich. Smoked bacon, turkey Rich did last week on the performer, spinaches, Pepper Jack and Swiss cheese, EVOO and Mayo with Sun Dried Tomato vinaigrette dressing mix together.

Making sandwich and then browning the bread in the CIS with the DO on top.

Plated with tarter tots and fries along with green salad. This was awesome and will be doing again real soon.
