My oddly shaped Brisket.

Hey all.

I posted here the other day about this odd #15 brisket I picked up. http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?56182-Long-thin-15-brisket&p=622518#post622518

Well finished off really well! Not a lot of pic's but get a few.

Here is the beast on the smoker lol, had to almost fold it in half.



About 10 hours in,



This is about a 1/3rd of it after resting for about an hour,



And sliced up, was super tender and juicy!



No plated pics sorry.

I will have to admit, that is the weirdest looking brisket I have seen. But the final pics looks great!!! Glad it worked out. Congrats!!!!! I bet it tasted very good!!!!!
