Well finished off really well! Not a lot of pic's but get a few.
Here is the beast on the smoker lol, had to almost fold it in half.

About 10 hours in,

This is about a 1/3rd of it after resting for about an hour,

And sliced up, was super tender and juicy!

No plated pics sorry.
