Evening folks..here's my late MD post..I didn't get to do much for smoke day..we did up some ABT's and steak salad but I didn't take any pictures worthy of showing so we did some burgers and chicken on Monday! Lots of yard work, boat work..busy busy!! Was super nice..high 70's all weekend!

Fired up the WSM and did some road side chicken wings on that..poor Gerti never left the smokers side while it was running!




While that was cooking I did up some fresh ground chuck burgers

Added some brats to the smoker!!

Chicken got done ..we did about 2 dozen burgers up so I got them seared and transferred them to the WSM for cheese melting and a bit of smoke!!

All plated..yum!!!

Thanks for looking folks..and a belated thank you for all that served and all that gave their all so we could enjoy ...

Great post Morgan you did great! Gerti is one smart pup, I wouldn't leave that smoker if I was her either!
 
Beautiful Morgan - looks like there was a lot of good eating on Memorial Day for you folks. Love Gerti keeping an eye on everything!
