My First Big Cookout

I had absolutely no help. I finished cooking briskets & pork shoulders at noon. Started Ribs at noon. Wrapped meat in foil & put in coolers. Meat was still hot when I took it out at 4:00 to start pulling the pork. After pork was pulled I marinated the meat in a Carolina Vinegar Based Pulled Pork Sauce. 10 Pork Shoulders filled 3 pans. Then I applied more rub to the meat to punch up the flavor. I also made my Carolina Mustard Sauce for sandwiches. The Pulled Pork turned out great

That is spectacular Kemper great job! That took a lot of preplanning and mountains of work and you pulled it off.

Didn't take picture of Sausages. Over 100 people showed up. I just didn't have time for pictures. I pulled it off but it nearly killed me. Had a Great Time with Good Friends with lots of Good Food

Ditto what Rich said Kemper. That is truly an amazing cook. Loved looking at your pictures. Everything looks fantastic.

Very Impressive Cook Kemper! Great Job! Makes cooking for 17-20 people seem like nothing. I am curious though... What all did you use to cook on? Just one WSM (22 or 18)? Or did you enlist multiple/other grills/smokers?

Great news Kemper, thats one hell of a cook. If i'm ever in Mesquite Tx, i'm buying everything so i can watch a WSM master at work.
