My first attempt at PSB

First PSB


Bought a 4.5 chuck roast and seasoned with salt and pepper.


Setup the new Igrill2 I got for Christmas.


Fired up the WSM with some pecan chunks.


My cut up veggies.


Veggies looking all pretty in the pan.


This thing stalled out FOREVER getting to 165. Took about 5 hours.


All pulled after another 2.5 hours braised in the Guinness


A couple of sandwiches.
