My 2021 Weber Premium!

I really love that drip pan. It's not just a drip pan, it's a roasting pan and I use it often. With the grate, you can use it to roast a chicken or beef and save the drippings for a great BBQ pan gravy. I just wish it was made in USA.

Dadgumit guys, stop posting things like this! It's determintal to my bank account and questions arise when packages arrive.
All fun aside, man I love them.

Ahh the questions, nothing like the rush. Can I get it in the backyard without the wife seeing, is it delivered while I’m at work? I usually get busted.

does the slow n sear hold more coal than the weber baskets? Im interested in getting one
Not sure, but it does fill higher and closer to the grill grate. They sell the Deluxe model now which I also liked but it was out of my price range at the time. What I liked about the original older model was that I heard, it was made of thicker steal then the Deluxe but the Deluxe is nice because it has a removeable water tray thus giving it more capacity for coals if you do not want to use the water feature.

I just bought a green Premium 3 days ago (green was hard as heck to find). Haven’t fired it up yet but will on Independence Day! I already know I’m going to get along really well with the ash catcher! Char-Baskets and slide-a-side lid holder used with my Dad’s ‘79 kettle are standing by.
