My 1st Po' Boy

What's your sauce? Did you mix up some remoulade?

Getting the right kind of French bread for a po' boy is hard outside New Orleans and cities that have nice bakeries, but yours is homemade, so that is pretty cool!

As to the remoulade, it’s mostly mayo and Cajun seasoning but worked well.
I make all my own bread. It’s a LOT cheaper than store bought.
 
I like the cornmeal in the breading, makes for nice crunch with the panko bread crumbs.

Next up is a muffuletta! Haven’t made one in a couple of years that I posted here.
