More Christmas Leftovers

I saw @ChuckO 's leftover's strategy with the Philly Cheese Steaks and thought that was a pretty great idea! With that, I have direct from the 'Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery' file, our attempt.

Doris baked some mini baguette's that we would use for our rolls:

I stuck a hunk of the left over rib roast in the freezer, and shaved some up - Then on to the Weber Griddle:

We didn't have any Provolone, so we used some sharp white cheddar...We also drenched the buns with leftover horseradish sauce. That was a good move!

...and served! I'm liking the Costco Chianti Classico Gran Selezione. Not bad for 17 bucks.
