MOJO on the JJ = Carne asada tacos

I'm a fool for carne asada. Looks great.
Did you marinate it yourself?
Around here... the local Mexican meat markets have arranchera preparada that is so good it's not worth trying to marinate the meat yourself.
That mojo is cool!

Fabulous grub and pics, Nate. I love your patio setup too. Any more pics of that?

Just dry stacked stone. My yard needs a lot of work after a couple rescue dogs I have destroyed it. My old dog didn't destroy anything and it was lush. Now it looks like a bomb went off. here's just a little corner of it where I was cooking.

That's a fine cook, very nice. Your dad did good. He could probably make those and sell then on craigslist for pretty good profit, I duno where EDH is, but I'd probably drive there to buy one :)

I'm sure he could build more, but he has too many projects and this isn't fair to Cam. So, EDH is El Dorado Hills, that's where I live. My folks live in Apple Valley.

Well if he does, you got a buyer El Dorado Hills and or Apple Valley very doable drive. I need a good excuse to buy a JJ, the mojo would justify it :)

Hi Chuck:

Sounds like you are close to Arcadia. You could drive here and I'll sell you one today. You could avoid the shipping cost and the sales tax.

Cam
what is the total cost to ship and tax to ship to Illinois.... I like the idea, but I just see paying much more in shipping and taxes.. Great Videos... They make me hungry....

Matt

That's a great looking outdoor space! I love terrace spaces, it really adds to creating different feels in the same area.

Dumb question, what is carne asada? I guess I could do a quick google search.....
