My other half's in London looking after our grand daughter so I've been left to my own devices again. A box
of thighs in the fridge and a marinade of Sriracha, Sweet Baby Ray's, Frank's Hot Sauce and Worcestershire
is just what I need. Oh, and some sweet potato, all cooked indirect on the Q:

This was some of the most succulent, flavourful chicken I've had in a long time and I'm
(almost) ashamed to admit there's only one piece left
I've also just recently discovered sweet potatoes and can't get enough at the moment,
hence the repeat appearance.
