Memorial Day ribs, chicken, beef, etc...

We had family and friends over for early dinner on Memorial Day so earlier I put on some St. Louis spares and chicken on the UDS, high heat. I put the chicken on about half way during the sparerib cook so they would finish at the same time.
And when people started arriving I fired up my new ceramic hibachi and grilled up some skewered flat iron steaks.
Meanwhile my wife had prepared some hors d'oeuvres (I had to look that up for spelling..lol) and sides but sorry, no pics, as we had our grand kids running around everywhere and I missed or forget to take other related photos.

Great looking cook George. I wish I didn't have to work the next day!
Thanks....sorry we missed you on Memorial Day, but your wife showed up.....hehehe.
Sorry we missed your rib cook on Sat nite, heard they were fantastic. I was pooped from staying out in the sun all day, hauling and stacking railroad ties in the back yard.

John.... Thanks, the UDS was completely home built, using an unlined, reconditioned drum. I found the BBQ sign on Ebay. :)
