Meatloaf

Hi all,
Last week there was a very good Meatloaf recipe. And I have tried it this Monday, public holiday in Spain.
Barb sent me her recipe but I couldn´t obtain textured expected so I had to change the recipient.
It was so good, we were nine people and everyone liked it. Test passed!!!
There was coleslaw and grilled carrots, Weber´s recipe.

That meatloaf looks great!! Looks like the top browned and the bottom didn't burn. I am going to have to try meatloaf on my Q!!

Congrats Alber, that looks delicious. I'd say you nailed that one. It's a great recipe and you can add or delete like I said. Just have fun putting your own ideas in it.

The photos don´t show that I busted half meatloaf with BBQ sauce, it´s just the side we ate. It didn´t burn, using indirect cook with a double aluminium foil and a rack between foil and the recipient there were no problems.
