Meat Slicer Score!!

Buddy of mine was able to get his hands on an old meat slicer from a deli counter of a now closed down grocery store. He didn't have any need for it so gave it to me. I got her all cleaned up and oiled and found this handy cart for it with wheels. It is a Bizerba SE 12 slicer, which should be perfect for my next bacon smoke. No more slicing by hand!

Brine and smoke a Butterball turkey roast. Slice it thin on that joker and make a sandwich with that home made bacon you are talking about and post the pics.
