a full meaty rack of MooMooRibs simply salt and peppered.
tossed on the large 26" One Touch Gold Weber Kettlewith a head of Red Cabbage.
Hickory wood was employed for smoky flavours.
while it cooks away, the winter sun is hanging around....
however not long enough
after two hours, i peeked.
yup.... thar goes that ol'Sun...
now in this photo, ~V~ i do not remember taking... butt, the food looks done.
so i took it off, chopped it up...
and we sat down to eet it.
Crash Hot Potatoes were added cuz we like them aLOT!
the cow bones were pretty good too.
