I finally made the meatloaf I wanted to make yesterday. Teasing tastes I built into this one included capers and horseradish along with the usual aromatics. I ended up only glazing half of it as my wife doesnt like anything on hers. My half has a variant of #5 sauce called Dragons Blood on it.
Plated up with my wifes 4 bean salad (she adds chickpeas/garbonzo beans) and a side salad.
