Meat and bell pepper strips

Tried to do something different. I don't even know what to call it. :confused:

I used my weber q again.

Started with thin sliced meat cut in to strips. Seasoned with Emerils steak seasoning. Off it goes to the CI with 1/2 onion

Then after a while I decides it could use a quick sear. Then I added my bell peppers and onions

Plated with white rice and salad. I added sriracha and soy to the meat and it tasted great!!!

my mom used to make something similar she called "pepper steak". she'd do the meat like you did w/the cutting and the peppers, then she would serve over egg noodles w/a smidge of gravy. I figure yours is close enough that title may fit.
 
Very nice looking meal!! We used to have pepper steak all of the time when I was in the Navy, got tired of it real fast, was usually cooked to pieces and looked bad. Yours looks really good and fresh looking.
