To be honest, I didn’t check the temp. I’ve done this cook so many times it’s just following a process. Chimney full of white coals, dump them, wings on for 25 min, flip them, cook another 20 min. Damn near foolproof.They sure do look good.....what temps were you holding with briquettes and the vortex.....?
