Mama Mia Pizzeria..Finally used my Kettle Pizza

Warm enough. I don't have a ounce of Italian in me so bear with me. Mostly Dutch :). Used Hardwood lump with chunks of Mesquite. Lots of firsts today. My Cherry Super Peel arrived and I have to say that worked excellent. The Pizza Kettle ran around 600-650. Still kind of chilly out. For the first time I'm happy with the results. Pizza was made using King Arthur Pizza gift basket. I made the dough 4 or 5 days ago and stored in fridge. First pie was a Cheese and Pepperoni. Second was a Sausage and Cheese. Wife and I both loved the pies and the wife ate all the crust...usually doesn't do that.

Wow Roger fantastic job! I'm in SW Michigan also....I'll bring the libation of your choice make me one of those with that awesome crust! Now you have done it...I may have to get one of those kettle pizza ovens!
 
It looks great! Now move to "provola affumicata" (smoking cheese) and "salame piccante" spicy salame with some red flakes. No tomato at all. You will love it. We call it "Diavoletta" (little female devil).

now if that aint searching for Gezellighied i dont know what is, cracking pizza there bud, i love using the kettle pizza, i aint got the stone yet but.
 
man i'm hungry!
i'd eet all the crust too! and lick the plate and look for more!
