I forgot to mention I used Kingsford Mesquite charcoal for fuel. I rarely get to use the Mesquite charcoal and I have to tell you it is most worthy. Our WinCo always has it for $7.99 for the 14LBS bag (as well as the regular charcoal of the same weight) I wish they would get the Applewood and the Hickory charcoal. I end having to get them at Safeway for $9.99 for 14LBS
