Just under 6 pounds of beef back ribs. I marinated overnight in Stubb's Beef Marinade.
I haven't tried this before so I'm hoping they turn out tasty. These photos were taken after two hours at 225-235' on the WSM. Planning on them being on two more hours... but we'll see.
