I know I have been sluffin lately but that does not mean I have not been cookin, Let's see for Easter I made a leg of lamb, cornish game hens, and planked salmon and some Asiago Cheese Bread that my daughter nawed on before I could get a picture. The only plated picture that I got was a lame picture of the lamb. I made 10 lbs of bacon and I did some CSR's pepper stout beef style with onions, peppers, and tomatoe. So here are the pictures sorry for sluffin.

The CSR's are not done yet I will try to post those when it gets done. I'm thinkin about 2 more hours more or less
