A little milestone and decided to go simple and delicious. Picked up a Oyster Cut London Broil and used a recipe I got from a Barbecue magazine using Kraft Zesty Catalina salad dressing for a marinade. Used the hole puncher to open it up and then Fresh Ground Black Pepper and then into the marinade for about six hours in the fridge,,turned once and re-applied black pepper

Artichokes, outer tough leaves removed, top inch or so sliced off, cut in half and the choke removed. Placed in lemon water to keep from browning. Dressed with EVOO, S&P, and fresh sage and rosemary, Pecorrino Romano mixed with bread crumbs and granulated garlic and a top coat of more EVOO

The flavor and juiciness of the London Broil was fantastic, the best I have had. the Chokes were OK but my experiment paled in comparison to the CEO'S version. I bow and back away, they were tasty but tough. Dry heat is not going to work, got to try something else.

Great looking London Broil, Bill! Haven't had it since I was little. I liked where you went with those artichokes. Let me know when you need someone to test experiment 2.1.

Very nice looking LB and stuffed chokes!!! I really like that dressing on salads, never thought to use it as a marinade.

Congrats on the 4K! That is an excellent looking meal Bill! Funny I was at the store yesterday looking in the dog food section of the meat department and they had a London Broil for half off, I thought about it but didn't know what I would do with it. Timing is everything!

Dang, and here I thought you were cooking for a big crowd.
Nice cook, and photos, as always. Never had London Broil, but seems like you can cook it like a tri tip? I'm going to try one soon.

Bill as always a fantastic cook. I've used that dressing before on chicken but didn't think about it for London Broil, will have to try it!!

Everything looks great my friend. I thought the chokes looked good but apparently not, I need to try some of those Pancakes, they look good and I love a good brown ale.
