I fixed whole live lobster for my g/f on her birthday. While it turned out awfully good, a lot of work, and claws aside, we both prefer the tails. I'll pick up frozen cold water tails and grill them off instead, 80-90% of the lobster for about 5-10% of the work.
Ray, those do look awfully good. I don't see claws in the cooler, are those lobster or langoustine?
