Lemon chicken thighs and home fries!

Howdy folks...title sounds like a country song...had to do it...been craving both. Tell ya the truth I got home from work and didn't feel like doing any cooking but a couple beers and charcoal burning got me motivated!

So here we got some thighs soaking in lemon and grill mates Mojito lime, which I picked up last summer and never opened and golden taters with EVOO and salted and a bit of Italian seasoning!

Had too duck into the garage a few times during this cook, was a balmy 18 tonight!
Bit later we added some chicken...yep lemon and all!

Was a super good meal!! Loved it!!
Oh and Gerti is growing like a weed and so defiant lately!! Little turd she is!

Your dinner plate looks absolutely Sensational!! What the heck kinda brew is that? Never seen the label before.
and Yes, Gerti is too cute, send her here! Maddie will play with her.
 
Great meal Morgan! That's a flavor of McCormick I've never seen before. I guess you can be excused for not opening during the Summer -- that's only, what, like 2 weeks long up there?
