Leftover Chicken Flatbread Pizza

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, let's do lunch!

Naan bread, chick breast, mushrooms, onion, Mexican cheese mix, and a sauce of 50/50 ranch dressing & Rufus Teague touch of heat.

Assembled on the grill with a sprinkle of Penzey's Adobo seasoning.
