Left Over Enchilada's

So I had left overs in the fridge, some ham, some chicken and a big hunk of my Beef steak. I said what would my Buddy Tony do?
Enchiladas.

Some Jalapenos, one green pepper, some green onions, and Tony Fieri's Salsa. Some Sriracha.

Working between rain drops today

Peppers and onions on first, a little refreshment

All getting jiggy and done on the CI

A little toasting

All done and heading in

Your plate with some Red Beans and Rice and some shredded Monterey Jack and Colby, enjoy
