Late night grilling.....

Saturday night we had a delicious meal.

But first some adult beverages.



My daughter wanted fried fish and wanted to part of our steaks. Used the weber wok to fry.



I got the weber performer going and added a chunk of peach to get a high heat and flame.



While it was getting hot we had some bacon wrapped asparagus going.





It's ready to start.



Rib eye steaks seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning

Killer grill marks!!!! Steak looks excellent!!!! What cast iron grill grates did you use? I'll have to buy one of them!!!! Nice meal there!!!!!
 
Really need to try making bacon wrapped asparagus...been putting it off way too long. Impressive and inspiring cook as usual Tony!!!
