I was looking at my pics and realized I didn't post last Fridays cook. I'm waiting on my brisket to be finish so I will post this meanwhile.

I didn't have any charcoal and was too lazy to go get some. So I cooked over orange wood.

I like that my skills will improve but the weather may be a factor. It's 65 now and it feels chilli...
 
I just went out to supper with Mrs K. for our 36th anniversary and I am full. Until I saw you plate of food now I am hungry.
 
Two thoughts came to mind, one was you're drinking my favorite beer Newcastle and it had to be a little chilly to build a big fire to grill with. ;) But 65 and chilly!
