Last nights supper, inspired by Jim Lampe.

Mr. Lampe always has good posts and I like his weber warming racks. I decided to make my own rack and do some Italian sausages with peppers and onions and a side of fries.

Tonight's menu



Everything on. Next time I will put the fries over direct heat from the start. First run willy on kettle fries so better safe than sorry.

Fries came out good for a first time. Peps and ons were perfect. Just a lil camp mix, evoo, and some Italian seasoning. Thanks for looking.
