Did my first leg of lamb today. Butterflied it and marinated it for about 5 hours. Marinade was a cup of greek yogurt (plain), 1/2 lemon juice, lemon zest, a tablespoon of EVOO and I seasoned the meat with McCormick Mediterranean Sea Salt seasoning before putting it in.



Patted dry then grilled indirect. Looks like a milksteak boiled over hard at this point...



Now its starting to show some color....moved direct after this.







And plated with some homemade croutons (not shown) and greek salad. Also made some tzatziki to go with it...that didn't make the pic either...guess we were in a rush to eat...



Came out great! Will do this one again, but may go direct for the entire cook, or at least more of it to get more crust.

i'll bet this tasted spectacular!! it's been quite sometime since I've had lamb....
