    Lamb

    Did my first leg of lamb today. Butterflied it and marinated it for about 5 hours. Marinade was a cup of greek yogurt (plain), 1/2 lemon juice, lemon zest, a tablespoon of EVOO and I seasoned the meat with McCormick Mediterranean Sea Salt seasoning before putting it in. Patted dry then...
