So the Number 2 Child who graduated this year from the University of Delaware just got hired by a big firm in NYC.
So I started marinating a beautiful boneless lamb roast last night, EVOO, juice of two lemons, some very thin lemon rind diced small, five cloves of garlic, rosemary diced up, Kosher and fresh ground
After marinating all night and now trussed up with Herbs De Provence
This is tough work, I think I am going to ask the CEO for more benefits
The lamb on the Genesis Rotisserie, custom smokenator with apple wood in the back
Carrots with some brown sugar and EVOO and red potatoes with S&P on CI's on the OTG with some pecan
Lamb done at 130-135
