Lamb Chops

After seeing the post Bill Shultz did on lamb chops I got an instant craving for some and had to make some. Thanks for the inspiration Bill!! Lamb chops marinated in some olive oil, Italian seasoning and rosemary

Chops on direct over mesquite to get a sear on them. My camera died so I had to resort to my phone to take pics


moved them indirect to finish cooking


Plated. Served with white rice seasoned with soy sauce and steamed mixed veggies
