And now for the surprise i mentioned. Back around 1980 or 81 one of my favorites released a song that was very special to me called Redemption Song. So my son was home this past weekend and knew how important this song was to me and he heard it done by a man who was competing in the TV Show the Voice European Edition.
He played it for me and it brought chills up my spine and tears to my eyes, for anyone who knew it back then i think it will do the same. Enjoy

Mmmmm duck fat taters, one of my favs. Chops look outstanding! Anything from founders and
you can count me in, just picked up my 4pk of KBS.

Bill, you always got it going on, great plated pics. Good to hear that your son was home for the weekend.

Bill,
Tremendous cook as usual! You are truly a chef!

And one of the all time great songs you bring up. Not sure if you ever check out any local musicians, but you might want to look up Jeffrey Gaines. He still plays the area frequently and he will occasionally do a cover of Redemption Song... I have to tell you, the best I've ever heard outside Marley himself. He's got a bunch of good songs - it's a good night out.
