Doing some lamb for the wife and kids, she loves the Costco rack sliced up. I picked up some filets at Costco today.

Using Carne crosta on both and trying jealous devil briquettes for the first time.

Wife and kids like it medium well so it went to 145. Drives me crazy but if it’s too pink I have to put it back on.
Filet was insane, JD briquettes did a great job!! Best cook in a while, kids wanted to eat outside so it was fun.

It’s the only spot I get in the backyard for grills. Keeps a good limit on things.
