Labor Day - The Bride takes over (Pineapple Plank Chicken)

My bride of a mere 34 years said she was doing the BBQ tonight, I was not allowed in the mancave except to document her cook, she's not like Barb, who knows her way around a BBQ, and I think she killed tonight's dinner. I'm proud

Yes, flip the chicken on the planks. Another way is to sandwich the chicken between two pineapple planks, and then flip the whole thing. It was a great cook, my wife enjoyed the comments. Thanks everyone!
