Labor Day Pulled Pork

I cooked some pulled pork for Labor Day this year


Started with a 7 lb pork butt.


Slathered with mustard.


Seasoned with a modified memphis dust.


I cooked it at about 235 for 14 hours with KBB and oak chunks.


Sprinkles getting hungry.


I could barely get this thing off the smoker without it falling apart.


After the pull.


My wife made some potatoes.


Peach Cobbler coming out of the oven.


Sandwich piled high and soaked with vinegar based sauce.

 
Very nice Dustin, looks terrific. Haven't done a PB this year yet but you just inspired me to get it done.
 
WOW!! That is awesome PP Dustin and your wife's potatoes spot on. From the look on Sprinkles face you were taking to long on the cook!!!;)
