What is your opinion on that Vortex / Cone thing? If sure seems to work nicely for wings when you set it up like you did.
Looks like they got nice and browned & crispy on the outside / still juicy on the inside?

Set me up with a plate of those and a nice cold beer and I would be a happy camper!

The vortex is the BEST way ever to cook wings. Set up the vortex and forget for +/- 50 minutes. Simple.
